Turquoise got her name from the stunning, light blue waters off the island of Tahiti. She was born in a sanctuary in Pape'ete and raised by zoologists until she was three. Then, she was tagged and released into the deep blue ocean. Every year, she comes back to the sanctuary's beach to nest her eggs (how egg-citing!).
