Coraline is a Holstein, a recognizable breed of cow due to their black and white coloring and their ability to produce a lot of milk! Holsteins originated from the Netherlands and are the result of breeding black Batavian cows to white Friesian cows nearly 2,000 years ago, thus creating the Holstein-Friesian breed, which today we simply call Holsteins!
